Please look over the T&C's listed here to ensure that you are happy with my service. You will feel and look extra incredible on your big day.
A non-refundable Wedding day booking fee of £85 can then be payable at the time you choose to reserve your special day and this avoids disappointment of my availability going. Alternatively this can be paid at the end of your trial should you wish to go ahead of course.
Booking fees are most often paid in advance then deducted off the final balance on the day. The whole bridal party is secured with this £85 booking fee.
This means that you may reserve your date as early as you wish to get organised and avoid disappointment. Your trial can be arranged at a flexible time and will be held at my makeup studio in Horsley Woodhouse (and also around my TV & media booking commitments).

Minimum Booking
A minimum requirement for the booking is either two ladies for hair and makeup, OR four ladies for mix and match hair and/or makeup.

All other pamper treatments offered are lovely additional treatments and of course is a necessary pamper for all special ladies in your party. I usually do hair & make-up for the bride although some bridesmaids choose to mix & match treatments. This information will be taken at the time your trial.
Cancellation Terms
Should you need to cancel completely or just alter your booking in any way, it is required to CALL as soon as possible as text or e-mail can be unreliable.
Cancellation fee's
100% of balance two & three months before your secured date
75% of balance four & five months before your secured date
50% of balance six & seven months before your secured date
In the unlikely event that i should need to cancel, (this has happened once in 19 years) a suitable replacement Artist will fill my shoes. An Artist that i deem an acceptable standard and of course someone that you are happy with most importantly!!!!!
By booking me and choosing to confirm your date with me, you are therefore agreeing to these Terms and conditions and securing me for your special day! One more important thing ticked off your To Do List!
